How do I track my order?
 

After completing an order, you will be emailed your receipt, then depending on which shipping method you chose you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and then given a tracking number after your order has processed.

How do I return an item for a refund?
You can return and get refunded for a product you purchased and received if you file an issue report within 14 days you have received the product(s). You will be refunded of a 100% of the amount you purchased if the swimwear pieces have not been washed nor worn without the protective lining (excluding the cost of shipping). Refunds apply only if you are dissatisfied in your product purchase or if it is the incorrect sizing. You have 24 hours to cancel an order and will be refunded the total amount, cancellation after 24 hours will be charged with a 10$ inconvenience fee. All refunds made for any reason will not include the cost of shipping if the product has already been sent to you.
 
First contact us to inform MB swim that you are returning a product. Secondly, please create and email us the new tracking number for the package being returned. Once MB swim has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is offered. MB swim reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender, at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be exchanged or refunded.The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received  will not be issued a refund or exchange. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. Please attach a note inside the package whether this is a return or exchange and add your order number as well. You have 30 days to return/exchange an item after you have contacted MB swim about your issue. If after 30 days has passed and the item(s) have not been returned to MB swim, a refund cannot be issued and the items can no longer be returned for any credit.
Return shipping days are not according to our buisness shipping days. Return shipping days are Sun-Sat.
 
Lost or Damaged item?
If an item was shipped but for any reason you did not receive it, you may receive 100% store credit of your total purchase only. If after 30 days an you have yet to receive a your package and have yet to file a claim about it you are only entitled to store credit.
If you receive a damaged item you may receive 100% refund to the payment method you used but must provide photo evidence proof (excluding shipping cost)
Subscription Boxes
Subscription boxes cannot be refund once received due to unsatisfication. By purchasing a subscription box you are allowing MB swim to choose a box for you, knowing that it may or may not be exactly what you want. Requests of specific items can be made but not always fulfilled. Only size EXCHANGES are available for the subscription boxes.

To Apply:

Returns for inccorrect size
If an item purchased is the incorrect size and within 7 days of the time you received and has not been washed, your package you may be eligible for:
1. Receive a refund
2. Exchange it for a different item of about equal or     lesser value w/ free shipping
However, if the product you ordered is not available in the needed size, only store credit can be issued. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
What does PRE-ORDER mean?
 
It means that the product(s) have been restocked and the restock is being delivered to the MB swim shipping location (where all the bikinis are shipping from). By PRE-ORDERING a product(s) you can get your hands on it faster and it will be shipped to you the following day of its arrival to the MB swim shipping location! There are no refunds because a preparer is taking too long. By choosing to purchase a pre-order you are choosing to wait until the bikinis arrive. Only after a month of waiting (exact month = 31 days) can you ask and receive a refund for a pre-order that is taking too long. If you had mistaken missed the fact that a product id under PRE-ORDER you can only be refunded with store credit within 14 days of purchasing.

International Taxes and Customs Charges

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. ABYSS BY ABBY  is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
